Tamer Hosny is cleaning up his act, and with the released of this song dedicated for Prophet Muhammad, he is also cleaning the mess form those few violent Muslims rioters. I think this song is a reaction to those rioters instead of focusing on the criminal who made the film, let's celebrate the prophet and his achievements.
He filmed the music video few days ago, but so far, only the song has been released and he is delivering a good performance. To his credit, Tamer has always done songs for Islam, he is a spiritual person by nature--among other things off course.
The kick? The writer of this song is actually a Christian--Nasr Mahrous. But in Egypt everyone is familiar with the religious lingo. There's an impressive chorus of children backing Tamer. Who is going for simple, a while dress and a beard. It's love message for the prophet and his teachings. A simple song with a nice melody. Tamer Hosny channels his most sincere emotions and place them in a glass display.
The lyricist wants to do something good for Islam--after all the person who made that vile movie belongs to the same Church as Nasr. Tamer composed the music for this track and kept them upbeat. I am hearing African voices in the chours. The song was filmed in Egypt in a historic castle.
This is the first collaboration between Tamer and his former producer and friend Nasr. This is also the first Tamer Hosny song in the wake of his happy marriage that took many by surprise.
